Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

1. Original Packaging: Routers must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documents.

2. Product Condition: Routers must be in a new, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition.

3. Proof of Purchase: All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase, such as an original receipt or order confirmation.

4. Eligibility Period: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
• Exchanges are also welcomed.

Product Condition & Return Window:

• Returns are accepted only for products in a new condition.
• The return window is 14 days from the date of purchase.

Method & Fees:

• Returns must be made through a shipping agency.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• A restocking fee of 20% of the product price will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Processing Time:

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
