RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Original Packaging: Routers must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documents.
Product Condition: Routers must be in a new, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition.
Proof of Purchase: All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase, such as an original receipt or order confirmation.
Eligibility Period: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges Policy:
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Exchanges are also welcomed.
Product Condition & Return Window:
- Returns are accepted only for products in a new condition.
- The return window is 14 days from the date of purchase.
Method & Fees:
- Returns must be made through a shipping agency.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A restocking fee of 20% of the product price will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
